Wholemeal breads

Wholemeal bread safeguards us. To date, the consumption of breads have decreased tremendously. This has to do with all the taboo surrounding eating too much bread. The fear is that all that starch from bread will end up in all parts of the body you’d least want it to.

But do you know that bread can actually help protect us against cancer, heart disease and bowel disorders? The trick is to stay away from white bread that’s made from refined flour. Make a switch to cereal bread, a better and healthier choice.
