Converting to an organic lifestyle is actually not that difficult nor expensive at all. Of course, it can be done. First, start by reducing meat intake, dairy products like milk and eggs.These are all animal proteins. In the food chain ecology, animal proteins accumulate more chemicals and toxins from the environment and the food they’re fed.
Too much intake of these foods will turn our body acidic. An acidic body feels tired all the time, and also has a weakened immune system. Animal proteins are classified as unfriendly food to the human body. Start by gradually decreasing the amount form 80% to 60%, 40%, 20% right down to 10%. If possible, eliminate all from your diet.
All the proteins from meat can be replaced by taking raw nuts, seeds and beans. Dairy is the easiest to cut off. Just replace it with plant based milk like almond milk, rice milk, soy milk and oatmilk. Believe you me when i say that plant-based milk are higher in nutrients and better tasting than cow’s milk anytime ![]()
