The goodness of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar has been revered for its amazing healing properties since ancient times. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used apple cider vinegar extensively to cleanse and promote healing in the body. He also that apple cider vinegar could buoy a person’s spirit and give them a sense of well-being.

Due to its natural antibiotic and antiseptic properties, apple cider vinegar is included by many families in the West in the first-aid kit. It is used to fight colds, improve digestion, treat food poisoning and diarrhoea. Some people use apple cider vinegar to support their weight management program. It can also alleviate chronic fatigue and even relieve arthritic pains. Smokers will find it beneficial as it clears their lungs too. Many also believe that apple cider vinegar promotes longevity.

Apple cider vinegar contains the soluble fibre pectin, which is beneficial to the digestive system and to maintain a healthy a cholesterol level. As part of your daily diet, mix one or two tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of lukewarm water and consume it every morning. You can also mix it with honey to enhance its nutritional value. And for those who suffers from constipation, add another tablespoon of physllium husk/seed to it.

Mothers can also use apple cider vinegar to treat their childrens’ minor cuts and sores. Keep a bottle handy in your kitchen.
