4 simple ways to revive tired eyes

Here are 4 simple exercises to help your eyes feel better in just a few short minutes. Try it.

1) Close your eyes tightly for 3 to 5 seconds. Then, open them for another 3 to 5 seconds. Repeat this 5 to six times.

2) Sit down and relax. Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Repeat 5 times, and blink in-between each time.

3) Pretend you are writing with your eyes without moving or turning your head by looking at the opposite wall. May seem difficult at first, but with a little bit of practise, it can be fun. The bigger the letters, the better the effect.

4) Focus on a distant object about 150 feet away. Do that for a few seconds and slowly refocus on a nearer object of less than 30 feet away that’s in the same direction. Focus for several seconds and go back to the distant object. Repeat 5 times.
