Get enough sleep
Whether we realise it or not, many of us are sleep-deprived. And when we are deprived, we wake up stressed. And most of the time, we’ll be cranky and restless. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. If you burn the midnight oil too often, you’ll be dealing with mental and physical exhaustion.
So, how much sleep is actually needed by an average person? While different people have different needs, experts say 6 to 8 hours, or anything that will make you fell well the next morning is good enough.
