How to minimise stretchmarks during pregnancy

Some says it’s hereditary. But that doesnt mean you have to live with it. Here are some ways that help you minimise those dreaded silvery streaks.

  • Keep your weight-gain slow and steady
  • Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables to keep your skin supple
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Use an emollient-based moisturiser once or twice a day
