Turn the tv off
Many people complain they have difficulty falling asleep. The culprit contributing to those sleepless night can very well be your tv. Watching tv can actually disturb the mind and cause insomnia and headaches. Unless you’re watching something really boring, emotionally draining and violent shooting scenes can actually stress you out.
So, skip those late night programmes and turn the tv off. Move it out of your bedroom if you must so that you wont get tempted to turn it on before bedtime. Make your last tv show at least half an hour before bedtime to wind your mind down.
