Go nuts!!

Regular intake of certain kinds of nuts can actually help you stay slim. Raw almonds, walnuts and Brazilian nuts contain a combination of protein, fibre and healthy fats, which stabilise blood sugar levels, keeping us from getting hungry too soon after eating. Snack on almonds or simply add walnuts to your salad. Just avoid those roasted or salted nuts.
