Quick facts on Yoghurt

Yoghurt contains good bacteria which is essential for the health of our digestive system. It’s also packed with calcium, which protects bone density. Try to eat at least three servings of calcium-rich yoghurt everyday. Include some milk and cheese too in your diet.

A recent study shows that eating three servings of low-fat dairy a day may accelerate weight loss. Those who consume more calcium lost a greater percentage of body fat than those who ate less.
