Is ginkgo biloba good for the memory?

Ginkgo biloba is a herbal remedy that has been used for memory enhancement in the East for thousandsof years. It comesfrom one of the oldest species of trees known. Research has shown that it improves short-term and age-related memory loss, slow thinking, depression, circulation and blood-flow to the brain. It’s also been seen to have positive effects on Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases. Not all sudies, however, have proven positive. It tends to be most effective as a mild brain enhancer for older people.

    There are NO scientific studies that show that gingko biloba has any effect for any of the many things it is claimed to do. Do the hard work of researching and you will see why I say this.
