Spanish Paella
A friend invited us over to her house for dinner just now. She cooked a spanish dish called paella for us. They just got back from Spain and told us it was one of the best dishes they’ve ever had. The recipe is from a Spanish friend of theirs. I’ve only had paella once prior to this. And that was so many years back. I’ve totally forgotten about how it tasted until now.
My friend cooked it well. But she says we must go to Spain one day and try the authentic version for ourself. Of cos, we will.
