Do you know that it’s important to consume only organic food when undergoinga detox. Conventional foods tend to contain chemicals and pesticide residues. All these will add toxins and chemical stress to your body, especially your liver and kidneys. Eat good quality foods like organic fruits and vegetables, as well as low glycaemic index food. If you normally eat three meals in a day, then divide them into 6 smaller portions a day. Remember to abstain from refined carbohydrates like white sugar. It robs your body of vital nutrient reserves.
