Green Tea

Most office workers when stressed, will head straight to the coffee bar for a refill. If this is the case, most do not keep count of how many cups of coffee they’ve had in a single day. Why not for a change, stock up on healthy green tea bags and sip on it. It’s cleansing, healthy and definitely very calming.

A study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that green tea polyphenols can speed up the body’s metabolic rate by stimulating thermogenesis (fat burning). Packed with antioxidants, it makes skin look healthier, pkus helps fight disease and free radical damage.
