Change your bedroom color

I’ve written about how Lavender tea helped me with my sleep problem some time back. One of my girlfriends decided to give it a try as she’s an insomniac. She was over for a sleepover one evening and i made her a cup. She was surprised that  she had no problem falling asleep after drinking it. So, I gave her a bottle to take home with her.

The following day, she rang me up and asked me how come it didnt work for her as it did when she was over a my place. She sounded so tired. Since i havent been to her place for a long time, i decided to drop by her place and give her another unopened bottle. I sson found out why she has so much trouble falling asleep.

This silly girl painted her bedroom in RED!!! My gawwwd, who can sleep in that color. I suggested that her bedroom desperately needs a change of color, lol. We spent the rest of the evening picking paint colors for her bedroom.  I helped her select a few colors that’s more calming. Hopefully, she’ll have better nights after this.
