The importance of market research

I’ve told my friend many times to do some market research first before launching any new products for her company. She wouldnt listen and instead chose to launch something which her competitor launched a few months back. As it was something which nearly everyone already owned, naturally, her sales volume wasnt what she expected it o be.

If only she hady listened, then her business wouldnt have to suffer such a big loss. I guess she must be regretting the whole thing now. I hope she has learned from her mistake and hopefully, do her homework next time. Market research is very important for one’s business’ success.
