Take eye time out

Working on your pc all day without resting your eyes may result in computer-induced eye strain problems such as dry eyes or difficulty in focusing. My eyes often get dry from too much constant staring at the monitor. I have to remind myself to take an eye break after i finish booking my Kissimmee vacation. Here are a few tips on how you can relax your eyes:

Lean back and close your eyes for several seconds to refocus and ease the strain. Also, blink enough to refresh your eyes. Do remember that each blink moistens the eyes and soothes tight eye muscles. If your eyes are dry, eye lubricant may offer some relief. But avoid eye drops that decrease redness as these are not meant for eye strain.

To increase your viewing comfort, adjust the brightness and contrast of your monitor’s screen to a level that’s comfortable to you. Too much glare can also make it difficult to see objects on the screen. Using a glare-reducing screen to minimise glare from overhead lighting and windows.
