Drink tea without milk

Yes!! That’s if you want to get the best benefits of tea. So, listen up. German scientists have discovered that the caseins in milk decrease the amount of protective compounds in tea known as catechins. This in turn eliminates the protective effect against cardiovascular disease.

Apparently there is improved blood flow when drinking just blacktea, but adding milk prevents the biological effect. “If you are drinking tea for the beneficial efects, then you’ll have to do without the milk”!!
