Check your diet

Good overall health comes with giving your body the right nutrition. If you are experiencing the following symptoms, they are most likely due to an unhealthy diet and you need to change it:

  • Your skin shows signs of swelling or inflammation
  • You’re constipated
  • Your organs and tissues are full of toxins
  • Your mood and energy levels are lower and you cant think clearly and are less productive, thus affecting your work.
  • You get sick often and have a higher risk of chronic disease.

The key to maintaining your wellbeing is to eat more natural, unprocessed food. Do cut down on unprocessed foods or eliminate them entirely as they contain lots of preservatives. Also choose foods that have a low glycemic index such as green vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts so they do not cause rapid changes in your insulin levels which in turn could lead to health problems or weight gain.
