10 great rules for detox

There are plenty of no-nos, as far as detox is concerned. Follow these during your detox sessions and you’ll be better off in the long run:

No red meat: It has acidic properties and is hard to digest

No dairy products: These are mucus and acid forming

No fruit, except bananas: During detox, let your liver convert stored fatty toxic cells into energy

No wheat, gluten or yeast products: Yeast sticks to the wall of your gut and saps energy

No chocs, sugars nor alcohol: Avoid it completely. Most alcohol is full of yeast and mixed with sugary, carbonated drinks.

No coffee or tea: With the exception of herbal teas

No cookies, cakes, doughnuts, pastries, nor artificially produced flavorings: Tomato sauce and mustards are banned too :(

No jams or other spreads: Except honey
