Different types of teas and what they mean

It’s not that difficult afterall. They still come from the same plant. Here are the descriptions:

Black Tea: Tea that has been allowed to oxidize as opposed to greentea; also describes its color

Earl Grey: A black tea scented with the oil of Bergamot

English Breakfast: A blend of tea usually from Assam, Sri Lanka, Yunnan or Keemun which produces a hearty taste and holds up well to milk.

Greentea: Tea that has not been allowed to oxidize during production.

Oolong Tea: Type of manufacture with some oxidation. Falls between green and black teas.
