I heard my friend complaining that her company bought a new software recently and the whole sales team has to spend their after-office hours learning how to use it. It’s a very complicated software and everybody was frustrated at the end of the day. As my friend is in insurance, she sees a lot of clients in the evening. Staying back at the office learning the software meant she lost a few good sales as she cant meet her clients.
If her company had used CRM software from AIM, they wouldnt have this sort of problem. It’s easy to use and they can go about their daily sales without having to spend lots of after-office hours learning how to use it. Time is money, and in sales, after-office hours are very precious as many sales are closed then. Sales personnel should be out closing sale and not sitting in the office learning how to use software.
