Holding hands for stress-relieve

I read that if there’s too much stress at home, it may be good if you hold your hubby’s hand. This is from a recent study by Psychological Science which finds that holding your partner’s hand is the quickest way to relieve tension. By studying MRI images, the researchers found that hand-holding calms the part of the brain responsible for emotions. So, dont waste another second on the other stress-reducing tactics: All you need to do is to reach out for your loved-one’s hands. TRY IT!!!!
