Have you tried Proactiv Solution?

I can almost tell when i’m about to get my period. The sudden hormonal rush will cause me to have lots of acne all over my back and on my face too. I’ve tried many things to help alleviate the problem, but believe you me, they wont stop returning. I’ve tried both organic and non organic soaps before. But they irritates my skin so much that i stopped using them after a few times.

A i like scrubbing my back, i have to stop as the acne problem on my back will worsen around the time i’m about to get my period. If i forget and use a loofah, i’ll risk scrubbing them and they might bleed. Sleeping on my n\back can be painful after that. I spoke with agirlfriend regarding this and she told me she used to experience exactly the same thing too last time. But since she started using proactiv solution to cleanse her face and back, they got better, and slowly, didnt return to bug her anymore.

I’ve heard about Proactiv Solution before and i have even seen it on tv too. But i never thought that it could help me with my acne problem until now. I bought a set nd tried it out. To date, i still get an occasional zit whenever i’m about to get my period, but not as bad as before. I guess it’s all thanks to Proactiv Solution that i can finally enjoy my pre-menstrual days.
