What is the best method to drink wheat grass?

Chewing is the easiest and best method to drink wheat grass juice. Or you can cut it up finely and grind it in a grinder with a little water added to it for easy extraction of the juice. Drink the juice within 15 minutes after extraction. When first starting to drink wheat grass, it’s best to take about 100ml to 150ml each time daily. Once the body is accustomed to it, you may increase it to 250ml to 300ml each day. Mix the wheat grass juice thoroughly with your saliva before swallowing it slowly. It’s best taken 30 minutes before a meal or 2 to 3 hours after the meal.
