My soya milk maker

Hubby’s been buying a lot of packet soya milk form the supermarket lately. I’m concerned over the sugar content in those drinks. I noticed that he’s slightly diabetic now but refused to see a doctor.

I told him to stop buying those packet soya drinks. Instead, i’ll go to the organic store and buy some organic soya beans and almonds and make him fresh ones each day. I think my kids will like it too. I drank those when i was pregnant with Gordon, but not Malcolm.

It’s time i bring my soya milk maker down from the attic and make good use of it. If you havent tasted homemade soya milk before, it’s time you buy a soya milk maker. Homemade soya milk is very nutritious and free from preservatives. The perfect sugar-free non-dairy milk for diabetics.
