Longjin tea
This is my favorite tea apart from oolong tea. Hubby wanted me to make him a pot and of cos, being the loving wife that i am, i made him some. I love the delicate taste of longjin tea. It’s not an easy tea to steep. if the water is too hot, it’ll turn bitter very fast. Not hot enough, you wont get the real ooomph. Hmmm, it took a lot of trial and error before i finally got it right. But i do know the benefits of tea and would drink tea all the time.
