Exercise with your make-up on? Think again.

Do you know that working out with your make-up on is a really bad idea? Exercise increases your heart rate so you work out a sweat. Make-up will prevent that function.Moreover, the combination of sweat, oil, dirt and make-up is a sure recipe for pimples. The best thing to do is to clean your face properly of make-up and use a light moisturiser instead. And dont forget to drink lots of water, ya.
