Expensive phone bill
My friend found that one of her foreign workers have been making overseas calls without her knowledge. She only got to know about it when her phone bill arrives. Too bad that guy resigned and she’s left with a hefty phone bill to settle. There’s nothing much she can do about it except to pay up or else her line will be cut. She now wants to use VoIP Call Center Phone Systems for her business as she heard that it can save her a lot of money in the long run. It’s true that VoIP is cheaper. As long as their voice quality is as good as our normal phoneline, i dont mind trying it out too.
