Celebrity sexy teeth whitener and celebrity sexy lip plumper

My girlfriend called me up a short while ago and told me that i must get hold of this celebrity sexy teeth whitener. She knows i’ve always wanted to go for a teeth whitening session but didnt get round to it as it’s costly here. She says all celebrities have a dazzling smile as they go for periodic teeth whitening sessions at designer dentists. And she also highly recommends the celebrity sexy lip plumper as she knows that i will be smiling all the time with a set of dazzling white teeth. Yes, i fully agree with her that both these celebrity sexy teeth whitener and celebrity sexy lip plumper is just what i need right now.

Sophos

I was down at my friend’s office the other day. There was so much havoc there as his business computer system is down. Heard from their tech that they got attacked by some new virus which their current anti-virus software wasnt able to detect. Then i heard someone telling the technician to install Sophos to it after the system is back up and running. I’ve head of Sophos, my uncle is using it and he swears by it. He had the same attack before and most of his friend’s computer system got infected, except. So, i guess my friend made the right choice by installing Sophos.

Bio-oil for my scars

What i dont like about detox is the number of zits i have on my face now. What to do. If i dont detox, all the toxins will stay inside me. Looks like i have not much choice but to continue with it. I still have Bio-Oil and it’s very good for scar removal. It’s not acnegenic and also non-comedogenic. I will just use Bio-Oil for my scars religiously and hopefully, those scars on my face will lighten. It’s good for my skin anyway. I work in an air-conditioned room all day room and it can be really drying. But after using Bio-Oil for 4 weeks, my skin has improved and it’s not as taut as it used to be. If you’ve not tried bio-oil before, then try it.

How to poach eggs

I’ve always wanted to poach the perfect egg. I never did until i found out how to do it. First, bring water to a high simmer in a small skillet, or sauté pan. Then, add a few drops of light vinegar. ¼ tsp per quart of water will do. Vinegar helps to hold egg whites together. Just don’t add salt to the water as it will dissolve the egg whites. Crack eggs on the side of the pan and slip them into the simmering water one at a time. Cook them 3 to 5 minutes, until white is set, and yolk has filmed over. Remove with a slotted spoon. Hope you get perfectly poached eggs with this method.

Cheap home medical supplies

My neighbor dropped by after work today and told me she no longer buys medical supplied for her dad from our neighborhood pharmacy. They raised the prices of some of their products and it so happens that those are just what my neighbor buys every month. Her dad is a diabetic and needs lots of diabetic medical supplies each month. She says she buys all her home medical supplies online now and in turn, that saved a lot of money compared to buying from the nearby pharmacy. I’m lucky i dont have to buy medical supplies in bulk like she has to each month but i know there are many people who needs to. If yopu want to know where you can buy home medical supplies at a lower price, then check out the link in this post.

Organic soygurt

One word for it. EXPENSIVE, lol. Rm16.99 for two tubs of organic soygurt.. If you are not loaded, then you can forget about going organic. It’s an indulgence for many where i live. I’m already immune to the price of organic food stuff. It’s either i buy or i dont. And i decided to give this a miss today. I have organic milk anyway, my baby’s. For one, i still have yogurt back home. Maybe one fine day, i walk past this aisle and i’m out of yogurt. Maybe….. just maybe….. just maybe…..]

Soft-boiled eggs

I love soft-boiled eggs for breakfast. I make soft-boiled eggs using an egg maker. No, not those branded modern electrical appliances. Just a cheap rm10 plastic egg maker. I love to top it up with some soy sauce and generous amount of olive oil. Add some pepper to it and it makes an ultra nutritious breakfast to start off the day. And dont you worry about eggs having cholesterol and all that stuff. Eggs have good cholesterol and if eaten in moderation, will do you good in the long run. If you’ve not had eggs for a long time, doesnt this picture make you drool?

Learn more about nutrition

When i was young, i wasnt aware that what i eat can affect my health. We dont get to learn about the importance of nutrition in our education system. I only started taking an interest in my health and my food when i started working. There was once i fell ill and was hospitalised. Since then, i have tried to read up as much as i can on health matters and i’m also very careful of what i eat. With the internet, anyone can obtain an Online Education Degree in nutrition easily these day. I’d like to take up a course in nutrition too if only i have more time on hand. Let’s see how things go in a few months time.
