Silver bars as wedding gifts
Coming back to my neighbor’s daughter’s wedding, she says she may want to give her silver bars as a wedding gift and asked me for my opinion. She says gold is far too expensive these days and moreover, the younger generation prefers silver. To me, i still prefer gold if it’s for longterm investment. But if my neighbor feels that her daughter like silver more than gold, then i say go for it. It’s still precious metal and they do appreciate over time. How nice of her to buy her daughter silver bars for her wedding. Me, i only got some loose gold jewelry. Certainly not worth as much as in their original bar form. Wait, i’ll go melt them down and turn them into gold bars later on, lol. I never wear them anyway.
