Virgin coconut oil for constipation

Many people make the mistake of stuffing themselves with fibre rich foods the moment they are constipated. This will only worsen the condition. Me, if ever i have constipation, the first thing i do is to drink lots of water throughout the day. Not at one go, k. Drink a glass every hour or so. And another surewin thing that i do is to take a few spoonfuls of organic virgin coconut oil a few times a day. If you cant the smell or taste of organic virgin coconut oil, you may want to witch to organic extra virgin olive oil. It will smoothen your intestinal tract and let the gunk out more easily. Try it.
