Could the pain be a lisfranc joint injury?
I felt a sharp pain in my left foot starting this evening. It’s getting worse and the pain is right in the middle of my foot. According to my friend, i could have injure my lisfranc joint. Now, i’ve not heard of a lisfranc joint before. She told me she had a similar pain at exactly the same location i described to her. Her doctor told her the pain at her lisfranc joint could be due to a sports-related injury. She’s a badminton player and she hurt her foot prior to getting the pain.
Anyway, if the pain persists, i’ll have to pay my doctor a visit to rule out the possibility that it’s a lisfranc joint injury. Damn, it’s Saturday tomorrow and i have an event to attend. That means i cant wear my heel tomorrow evening. But i think the pain may not be due to a lisfranc joint injury. It could be the foot massage i had earlier. It’s been a long time since i went for a foot reflexology session. The sifu told me i may feel some pain once back home. Let’s see how things go. Hope no more pain by tomorrow evening.
