Vitamin to prevent white hair

If ever there is a vitamin to prevent white hair, i’ll be the first to buy it. I have too many sprouting from my head and i dont like it. I’m only in my thirties and i cant stand seeing those white hair. Friends my age dont have as much white hair as i do. My sis has a lot and i suspect it may even be genetic. So far, i’ve not come across any vitamins that claims to be able to prevent white hair at all, have you?

I believe stress plays a much larger role as far as getting white hair is concerned. Or maybe the lack of some vitamins and minerals also hastened the process. Some even say it can be due to prolonged breastfeeding but i’m not too sure about this. But, my hair tend to be drier now as i think i may be lacking in EFAs. Whatever it is, i know i need to rest more. Stress and long nights are a real killer. Sigh… anyone here knows where to buy vitamin to prevent white hair?
