How to make henna hair dye?

Henna is a popular choice for natural hair dye. It’s easy to make, and the ingredients are also readily available from your very own kitchen. You only need henna leaves, hibiscus leaves and flowers, and tamarind juice. The proportion of the henna and hibiscus is at a ratio of 4:1. Just blend both ingredients with the tamarind juice and it’s ready to use.

Do remember to wear gloves when handling the mixture as it may stain your hands. Prepare large plastic sheets and cover your body as well. I’m sure you wouldnt want to stain your shirt or blouse, right. Apply the mixture to your hair with a comb. Leave it on for 4 hours and then wash it off. The henna hair dye will last for a month or two at least.
