Acne treatment advice
Over the years, i found that the best acne treatment is to drink lots of water. Yes, flush out all the toxins within. Dont forget a good diet of lots of organic fruits and vegetables is of utmost importance too. Sleep as early as you can. If possible, take a nap in the afternoon. Me, i need a minimum of 8 hours of uninterrupted rest in order to function properly during the day.
I notice that my skin is much better after a week good sleep. I used to sprout lots of zits last year as i hardly get to sleep much. I work through the night and only sleep a few short hours each night. Very bad for health in the long run. I had no choice then. Things have changed and i get to sleep more now. I should really keep at it and eat lots of good food to stay zits free.
