The Importance Of Good Quality Gym Flooring

During my schooldays, i was quite good at sports. I was the school’s 100m sprinter, and also won a few Long Jump events too. I’m lousy at High Jump. Dont laugh at me when i tell you i’ll freeze the moment i see the horizontal bar in front of me. Funny, huh. Apart from these field events, i’m quite good at badminton too. But i only played badminton during my Primary school years. After that, i joined some uniformed movement and gave up badminton. My coach asked me to consider joining the team again, but i didnt.

One reason i quit the badminton team is that i find that i’m quite prone to injuring myself at the badminton court. There have been times i twisted my ankle, and sometimes, i end up with a sore elbow and wrist. The Gym Flooring at the school is not that good as it can be slippery if not well cleaned. Things are different these days as safety is a priority as far as Gym Flooring is concerned. Schools are very strict and will insist on the best quality for their gyms. If only we had good Gym Flooring back then, i wouldnt have to suffer so many twisted ankle incidents.
