Of Stress And Exercise

Try not to head for the gym of you’ve had a stressful day at work. A new study has shown that people feel exhausted sooner during exercise if they have performed a mentally taxing task beforehand. Mental fatigue doesn’t affect cardiovascular capacity much, but it has an impact on the exerciser’s perceived level of exhaustion. It’s better to head straight home and relax in a bath with a good aromatherapy oil. And yes, sleep early.
