Quaker Oats Helped Me Lose Weight

I’ve been eating Quaker Oats to rid myself of all the weight i accumulated for the past few months. I’ve been out a lot drinking beer with hubby since December and i’ve put on quite a fair amount of weight. I dont like crash diets at all as i feel that they are not good for my overall health. And so, after a few months of eating Quaker Oats for breakfast and supper, i’m now back to my ideal weight again. HAPPY!!! If you’re trying to lose weight, i’d suggest you eat Quaker Oats on a daily basis. I love mine with Marmite. What about you?
