I have a friend who’s allergic to gold jewelry. She received quite a lot of gold jewelry when she got married a few months back. She now wants to sell them off. I personally do not wear much gold jewelry. I also want to sell some of mine off if the price of gold is high enough. Hubby says to hold on to it longer if i’m not desperate for cash. I told him the day i sell my gold, i’ll go buy myself lots of rare gold coins and keep them as our family heirloom. Both my boys can have them when they grow up and become responsible adults. Would you believe me if i tell you that caffeine helps relieve constipation. For reasons known only to my system, caffeine however helps activate my peristaltic action. My tummy is getting bigger by the day and i’m afraid if i dont regulate my bowel system fast, i wont be able to fit into all my skinny jeans anymore. Sucks when i look into the mirror and hate my look and figure.

I’ve been so busy running up and down and i bellieve the stress somehow, caused the constipation problem. I’m not of a coffee-drinker. I only use this method when i’m desperate to get the gunk out. Haihhh…. i’m out now. Dying to get home and down a few gulps of black coffee. NO SUGAR, PLEASE!!!! I’ve somehow come to understand the angst felt by those trying to lose weight. I’ve been eating a lot lately. This resulted in me having a bulge in front of me. I went shopping the other day and found that i can no longer fit into my regular sizes, GASP!!!!!! I even spotted cellulite at the back of my thighs when i looked at myself in the mirror. HORRIBLE!!!!!! MAJOR DISASTER!!!!! This is so not happening to me, man. Gotta stopped all the non-stop eating and get back onto the Wiifit!!!!

It’s the second week of school after the two weeks long school holidays. We may not get the chance to take the kids to places like Outer Banks, but we did take them to the park and many other places of interest locally. My kids are three years apart and i dont have plans to have any more kids in the future. I still prefer to have a small family. Easier to manage. Last weekend, i’ve enrolled my older kid for art classes. Hope he enjoys it. He needs more activities to keep his mind away from his electronic toy gadgets, lol. Cant have him staying hope with his eyes glued to it, right. Do you have young children? It’s good to enroll them for art classes for kids. You may never know what they can express through art. Give them a chance, ok.

I went to try on some jeans when i was out shopping the other day. To my horror, i found that i have cellulite on the back of both my thighs. I believe it’s all my own doing for not exercising much these days. My WiiFit is still lying under the chest of drawers collecting dust. I also got wind that a brand new WiiFit is on its way to the stores. Would you get it? I just may. It allows us to interact online with friends whilst exercising. It’s good to exercise together with friends. Friends encourage us towards meeting out goals way better than if we were to exercise alone. As for my cellulite, it’s time i get back to a good exercise routine again. no time to be lazy. Ok, let me finish with this insurance quote. I’ll then go pull my WiiFit out from under the chest of drawers and have a round with it before i go pick the kids up from school.

I finally get the chance to sit here again. The first thing i did was log on to Facebook to check all my notifications. I laughed out loud when i saw the updates my friends wrote. They are all saying almost the same thing. Just like me, everyone’s glad that school holidays are over, lol. I really miss my free time, man. You wont understand iy until you have kids, ok. They can be a real handful when holed up indoors most of the time. I dare not take them out much as hubby is paranoid over the spread of the A(H1N1) flu. Moreover, the weather is so hot that sitting in the shade can darken my skin by up to three shades in no time, damn. Anyway, i’ve been experimenting with some new dishes for the past two weeks. In a way, i’m happy that hubby and the kids enjoyed my cooking. Hubby told me i should cook more. Easy for him to say, huh. Come to think of it, it’s a good idea too. I’ll make him so fat that no girls will want to look at him anymore, LOLZ!!!! He had better start reading up on diet pills like Anoretix, etc. He’ll need them soon…..

I found some discount vouchers inside my mailbox on my way out to lunch just now. The shopping complex nearby is having a promotion on baby products. Well, my boys are no longer babies now. I wont have need for these vouchers but i think my cousin will find them useful. She sent me a birth announcement last week and i still havent had time to go pay her a visit.
