Bran Is A Good Food To Help Relieve Constipation

We’re gonna talk about constipation again today. Why? Cos i just found out that bran is a good food that can help relieve constipation. My choice of bran is rice bran. You can buy it from any health store and the good thing is, it’s not expensive. Remember one thing, you need to drink a lot of water for bran to work properly. Try your best to drink at least six to eight glasses of water on a daily basis. Abuthen, do not overdo things by bombarding your digestive system with a tremendous amount of rice bran right away. Start by adding a little bit and building up gradually each day.

Your body needs some time to adjust to the addition of fiber to the system. The bran will absorb a lot of water, which in turn, adds to the bulk of your stool, making elimination easier. So, it’s very very important to not eat too much bran at the start. Most of us do not drink enough fluid to keep our system hydrated. Without sufficient fluid, our organs cannot work effectively. So, drink more water if you want to treat your constipation naturally.

Does Coffee Help Relieve Constipation?

Would you believe me if i tell you that caffeine helps relieve constipation. For reasons known only to my system, caffeine however helps activate my peristaltic action. My tummy is getting bigger by the day and i’m afraid if i dont regulate my bowel system fast, i wont be able to fit into all my skinny jeans anymore. Sucks when i look into the mirror and hate my look and figure.

I’ve been so busy running up and down and i bellieve the stress somehow, caused the constipation problem. I’m not of a coffee-drinker. I only use this method when i’m desperate to get the gunk out. Haihhh…. i’m out now. Dying to get home and down a few gulps of black coffee. NO SUGAR, PLEASE!!!! You may give this a try if you are suffering from constipation and nothing seems to work in your favor, ok. Nothing to lose, only the gunk in you, DOHHHHH.

Drink Milk For Quick Constipation Relief

After feeling constipated for more than three days, i finally went and drank a large warm glass of milk before i went to bed last night. I think i was woken up by my tummy movement about four to five hours later. I didnt lie in bed to find out if it’s for real or not. I just ran straight to the toilet and sat down.

Everyone came out in less than 10 seconds, lol. What a relief. I’m so gonna drink another glass tonight. Hope to clear everything out fast. I’m dying to fit into my skinny jeans without having that spare tyre on my waist. Now that you know, go drink milk for quick constipation relief :p
