Exercise with your make-up on? Think again.

Do you know that working out with your make-up on is a really bad idea? Exercise increases your heart rate so you work out a sweat. Make-up will prevent that function. Moreover, the combination of sweat, oil, dirt and make-up is a sure recipe for pimples. The best thing to do is to clean your face properly of make-up and use a light moisturiser instead. And dont forget to drink lots of water, ya.

Can i lose weight by walking?

Of course you can, and it’s easier on your knees and joints too!!! But the trick is to walk really slowly, no huffing, no puffing. Walk for at least half an hour for good effect. 40 - 90 minutes would be best. But dont get too adventurous when you begin this new routine. If you feel tired after 30 minutes, then it should be enough.

Remember, walking is a low impact exercise that you can do everyday. Use a pedometer to help you see how much or how far you walk everyday. Couple that with a good diet, you should start seeing results almost immediately. Have fun!!!!!!!
