How To Lose Weight Fast

Puasa month has started. I had a chat with a few of my Muslim friends just now and it seems that they are all very excited that Hari Raya is just a few short weeks away. They’ve been out shopping for new clothes and hope to slim down in time for the festive season. Good luck to them.

But for those who have trouble keeping their weight in check, you may want to take a look at this Lipovox review and see if it can help you out. I understand that not everyone can lose weight in just a month. But dont forget to exercise regularly and stick to a light and well-balanced diet.

Quality time with my family is more important

I may not be able to take my kids to Outer Banks for a holiday, but i did make it up to them with lots of trips to the park. To me, quality time with them is more important. Apart from that, i also learned a few new recipes and cooked for them. Happiness is seeing them eat everything that i’ve prepared for them. Gives me the motivation to try more new recipes. Anyway, todays’ my kid’s 5th birthday. The school is organizing a birthday party for kids born in the month of August today. But the real celebration starts when i pick him up from school. He’s gonna be one ultra happy boy today :)

After at Starbucks

It’s the last day of my kid’s school break and he still hasnt finished his homework yet. Hubby wants to take them to the mall. I told him i’ll bring along his homework and we can all have fun and get things done at the same time. If not, i may have to spend some stressful time once back home trying to get him to sit down and do his writing and maths. You know kids, after having so much fun, homework isnt appealing at all, blekkkkk.

Everywhere is jam packed during the weekends and it’s hard to find a nice table to work at. But i was lucky to find one at Starbucks. I dont like sitting on the couches as those coffee tables are far too low and hurts my back. I’m only having a cup of Mint Tea now as i had lunch earlier elsewhere. I enjoy relaxing here in the hot afternoons. Think i should really do more of this instead of holed up in my bedroom all the time.

Teenagers and ance

Teenage years can be the happiest time of one’s life. It can also be tough on some as it’s the age when hormonal changes affects a lot of things. take acne for example. A lot of my friends with teenagers cite acne as one of the major problems affecting their kids. I never had acne during my teenage years. Could be due to today’s lifestyle and diet? Anyway, i believe acne should not mar a kid’s teen aged years. Why not try using a acne treatment cream and see if it helps lessen the problem. But for long term sake, do opt for a lifestyle and diet change. Eat more organic fruits and vegetables, less meat and exercise more is the key to healthy skin.

How often do you write?

Being one that works online, i hardly get the chance to hold a pen in my hand these days. In fact, my handwriting is horrible now that i cant even read what i’m writing. The other day, hubby brought back some promotional pens and told me to keep them on my work table. I told him he might well keep them for his own use. Half the time, they most likely end up in the trash bin. Or my kids may want to scribble everywhere with them. Or he can go give them to his dad if he like. Me, gimme a new backlit keyboard anytime, lol.

Played golf on Wii before?

It’s been more than a month since i last played with my Nintendo Wii. My FIL deems the noise created by my kids too much for him to bear that he banned them from the living hall. This is just one of the reasons why i’m working so hard to move out of this place. The time will come. I just hope i dont have long to wait. Life sucks when you are living under someone else’s rules. And it’s “family” too, cheh.

Anyway, one of hubby’s favorite game is Tiger Wolf PGA Golf. You should watch him swing the WiiMote. You will think that he’s holding a gold club and not the WiiMote in his hands. He has a few used golf clubs lying around the house. He says he wants to sell them off and buy a few Callaway irons. I told him to just give them away. The thing is, no one plays golf here.

Do you read with your kids?

I’m still wondering how to spend the weekend with my kids without hubby around. He says he may not be able to make it home by Saturday night. Well, it’s alright with me. I just hope things go well for him and his new project can take off without a hitch. If everything goes smoothly, we may be able to move back to KL.

I kinda miss KL life in a way. Ipoh can be a boring place to live in if you are the kind that loves excitement in your life. It has nothing much to offer except less traffic jam. I said less, ok. Oh well, i’ll most probably end up curled up in bed with my kids reading children's books with them this weekend. What a good way to spend quality time with them.

Does the Zeno work?

Anyone looking for an home acne treatment solution may want to check out the Zeno. It’s a battery-operated handheld device that uses heat to treat acne. The Zeno works by destroying the bacteria within the pimple itself and cause it self-destruct. In other words, the pimple will completely heal from the inside. This in turn, eliminates the chance of infection and allowing the skin to become healthy again. Say bye-bye to unsightly acne scars. The only setback to the Zeno is its hefty pricetag. But if you have only the occasional pimples to treat and dont mind paying for it, well….. *points to the link…..* (not for those with serious acne tho)

Are you watching Olympics Opening Ceremony LIVE now?

I was at my friend’s organic shop the other day. Went to collect my organic kamut pasta. My kids love the taste and texture very much. I’ll be making them some for breakfast tomorrow. Hubby’s not home for the weekend. Went to KL for some new business dealing. So, i’ll be home with the kids this weekend.

Not that i mind too. Olympics is on and in fact, i’m watching Olympics Opening Ceremony LIVE now. I just hope he remembers to buy me the digital photo frame i saw the last time i went with him. I have far too many photographs inside my harddisk. No point taking so many nice photos when i cant show them off, right. I gotta go. Wanna watch Olympics Opening Ceremony LIVE now.

Dont laugh at me when i tell you what my bathroom lighting is like. We have a hole at the ceiling where the dividing wall to the toilet meets. That’s where have a long fluorescent lamp installed. Yes, you guessed right. It’s shared between the bathroom and the toilet. It’s on old house and those days, it takes a lot of money to have extra lighting points around the house. Well, it’s not my house in the first place and i’m not really bothered with it anyway.

But if i were to have my own house next time, i’d sure love to have these elegant bathroom lighting installed. Definitely makes the bathroom more beautiful, dont you think so. If you need to give your bathroom a mini makeover, changing the lighting would be a good idea. Not to mention economical too. Oh, hop over to the site and pick one out. You wont regret it.
