Bio-Oil for 4 weeks

I’ve been using the Bio-Oil for more than 4 weeks. So far, i dont really see much difference to my skin. I use it mainly on my hands as i work in an air-conditioned environment and they tend to get rather dry. Sometimes on my face too. There’s no significant changes to it. Though i may not have much scars on my face with the exception of a few old zit marks that i dont really care for, it’s still dry. Oh, maybe i should sleep more and have sufficient fluid intake. I’ll give it another 4 weeks and see if things improve or not then.

Organic oat milk with beetroot

Organic oat milk with beetroot

This is what hubby’s drinking now. Tastes fine to me, but i like the pink. I’ve tried oat milk on its own before and i like it. Makes a great change from the normal soya or cow’s or goat’s milk. It has a slightly thicker consistency as oat has fibre in it. Therfore it’s natural to find some sediment at the bottom of your glass. Can be filling too. Great to drink at night before you hit the sack.

Mederma skin care for scars

mederma is the first topical gel formulated to help both raised and sunken scars appear softer and smoother. One of it’s active ingredients is a botanical extract called Cepalin. This is what my doctor prescribed me when i had my baby delivered via c-sect. Said it’ll help heal my scar beautifully.

Mederma is greaseless, pleasant smelling and easy to use. I can practically apply it to any part of my body without anyone noticing it. If you’ve just had a baby via c-sect, you can use it for a good 8 weeks and see great results. It’s available in both 20g and 50g tubes. Also effective for all forms of scarring like acne, accident, stretch marks, burns and even old scars. Try it!!!
