I’ve always been afraid of knives when i was young. My mom is a good cook and she taught a few of these tips on how to use a knife.

2) Never leave sharp knives loose in the drawer. Apart from ruining their sharp edges, anyone can just cut and hurt themselves easily when they reach into the drawer.

3) And never ever leave the knife with it’s sharp edge pointing upwards when not using. Someone may just accidentally lay their hand on it and cut themselves badly.

This was what happened to a friends of mine. She was diagnosed with a disease when she went for her yearly body checkup.
